1920Â BUNGALOW COMPLETE REMODEL
Elements took this dilapidated bungalow and brought it back to life! The entire home was gutted and taken down to the studs. The front door was moved and walls were taken down to open up the space while adding floor to ceiling windows to keep the home bright and give a sense of large space.
KITCHEN
The kitchen was completely remodeled. A wall was taken down in order to open up the kitchen into the living space. A small bar area was created to divide the kitchen from the living room. Custom cabinetry and shelving were added to the kitchen in addition to new plumbing, electrical, recessed lighting, tile, and fixtures.

BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms were completely remodeled. New plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, tile and fixtures. Being a small bungalow, both bathroom designs took into account the spaces. The first bath is shower only with walk-in glass in order to create a larger sense of space. The second bathroom added shelving into the walls to add much needed storage.

EXTERIOR
The exterior was completely remodeled on this bungalow. Siding was removed, sanded, replaced and painted. A new roof was installed, new porch and custom front fence.

LIVING & DINING AREA

A wall was removed to open up the living room and dining room. Antique floor-to-ceiling windows were added to the space. Original shiplap was restored, new sheetrock, recessed lighting and new flooring installed.
